Well not really snow chains but the same idea but with electrical wire

Wire is cheap and very easy to use and will work as good or better then snow chains because of its huge surface area.  My dad is an electrician so I have tons of wire on hand.   You can pick up some at the local shop like Home Depot.

What you will need:
Pliers
8guage wire (220 volt wire)
Maybe some hot glue or something

How to do it
Well it shouldn't be hard.  With snow chains it would take a little more.   All you need to do is bend some 12 gauge wire in a circle around the wheel.   Then you use the bigger 8guage wire too hook up to the 12guage.   So it will be just like snow chains but at the ends of the wire you just bend a loop and put the circler 12guage wire threw that loop and it should stay find.  If it wants to slide then you might need hot glue or tie wraps or just try to wrap the 12guage wire to the other wire differently.

I TRIED ALL THIS AND I DECIDED IT WOULD BE KINDA HARD.  So I tried something different.....

So this is what I did instead.  You can tell what I did from the pictures.  It worked for awhile but then they fell off.  I will try something different later!
