I think the Micro RS4 is a very good car, it is not very small which allows it to run outdoors but it isn't too big to run indoors. The stock knuckles and universals are very weak and breaks easily if you try to put a better motor in it.

So to fix that you can get aluminum hop ups from GPM, Team-Homis, GH and Integy

The most bang for the buck chassis is the Team Epic EXO

it is only 40 and come with battery mount Servo mount and a NICE graphite chassis

it has t plates that you can tune

If you know for sure that you are going to be hopping your micro to the max, i would suggest that you save 100dollors and just buy the hop ups till you have a complete car. All in all have fun with your RCs!!!
